本文紙はまるで玉ねぎの薄皮のように軽く柔らかく、しわ感のある紙、オニオンスキンペーパー。鉛筆やペン、万年筆と相性がよく、紙の質感から生まれる独特の書き味が魅力的です。
もともとエアメールを軽量化する目的の薄紙として、欧米を中心にタイプライターなどで使用されてきました。2010年に廃品となりましたが、万年筆愛好家を中心に惜しむ声が大きく、製造可能な製紙会社を探し試作を重ね、復活させることができました。
オニオンスキンペーパーの柔らかさを表現するために、製本方法は並製で開き具合が良く、接着が強いPUR製本を採用。ぜひオニオンスキンペーパーならではの書き味、透け感、軽さをお楽しみください。
Dressco’s onion skin text paper is very thin translucent and has a crumpled texture that resembles actual onion skins. The unique texture of the paper works with all pens but is especially designed to be responsive to both pencils and fountain pens to provide a premium writing experience.
Onion skin paper was developed and used widely for handwriting and with typewriters in Europe and the US to provide a lighter weight and more affordable alternative when sending air mail. In the modern era airmail became less important and onion skin paper became relatively obscure. All manufacturing of onion skin paper in Japan was discontinued in 2010.
To respond to the desires of fountain pens users Takeo closely collaborated with a leading paper manufacturer to develop our original “KateJo” onion skin paper.
Our special binding method allows these notebooks to be easily opened flat.

鉛筆やペン、万年筆とも相性が良く、紙の質感から生まれる独特の書き味が魅力です。封筒はポルカレイド、ジャンフェルト、モフルのいずれもレイド（簾目）模様の質感豊かな紙3タイプでご用意しました。便箋20枚、封筒6袋(2色×3袋)、罫線台紙のセット。

Our original onion skin paper is paired with our luxury envelopes. Each set includes six envelopes in two colors 20 sheets of our KateJo onion skin paper and a lined template.
The envelopes are made with rich textured laid paper POLKA LAID JEAN FELT and MOFFLE.
