株式会社後藤鉄工所は1951年創業、新潟県三条市に拠点を置く金属加工専門メーカーです。

多様な加工機械を駆使して作るシャフトでは「1000分の1ミリ」という精度を実現。自動車、ロボット、農業機械など様々な領域で活用されており、日本のものづくりを下支えしている自負があります。

そんな長年に渡る金属加工の知識や、培ってきた熟練の技術を活かし、新たにプロダクトブランド「G-GOODS」を立ち上げました。

Goto Iron Works, established in 1951, is a specialized metal processing manufacturer based in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture.

Using a variety of advanced machinery, we manufacture shafts achieving a precision of “one thousandth of a millimeter.” Our components are utilized across diverse fields, including automotive, robotics, and agricultural machinery, and we take pride in supporting Japan’s manufacturing sector.

Leveraging our deep, long-standing knowledge of metal processing and the skilled techniques we have cultivated, we have launched a new product brand: “G-GOODS.”

BALLPOINT PEN (TYPE A)

1951年の創業以来、金属加工に向き合ってきた後藤鉄工所が作るオリジナルプロダクト『G-GOODS (ジーグッズ)』。

第一弾プロダクトは、熟練の技術と金属加工のノウハウを活かし、金属の塊からNC旋盤で削り出した無駄の無い美しいボールペンです。

主な素材は航空機にも使われる軽くて高硬度なジュラルミン。
その塊から旋盤加工で削り出すことで生まれる質感は、他にはない唯一無二のものです。
金属の素の表情を際立たせる造形と加工は、見飽きることのない美しさをもっています。

ボールペン本体のパーツは全て金属製で、細かなものまで、自社の設計・加工で0から作り上げています。
ペンの内部までシャフト加工の技術が詰まっており、隅々まで妥協せず作り上げています。

「ペン軸」をイメージソースに、手元に重心を集めた先細りの繊細なフォルム。プロダクトデザイナーのこだわりを込めたペンは、金属製とは思えないほど手に馴染み、軽やかで疲れにくい書き心地を実現しています。

From Goto Iron Works, a company with a history of metalworking since 1951, comes our original product line, "G-GOODS."

Our first product is a beautiful ballpoint pen, meticulously crafted from a solid block of metal using our expert techniques and metalworking know-how, resulting in no waste and exceptional beauty.

The main material is Duralumin, a lightweight and high-strength alloy used in aircraft. The texture created by turning this solid block is truly unique.
The design and finishing, which highlight the raw beauty of the metal, possess an undeniable aesthetic appeal.

Every component of the pen body is made of metal, designed and manufactured from scratch in-house, down to the smallest details. Our advanced turning techniques are incorporated even into the pen's internal shaft, ensuring no corner is left unperfect.

Inspired by the form of a "pen shaft," the pen features a tapered, delicate silhouette that concentrates the weight in the hand. This pen, imbued with the passion of our product designer, feels surprisingly comfortable in hand despite being all metal, offering a light and fatigue-free writing experience.

PEN HOLDER

1951年の創業以来、金属加工に向き合ってきた後藤鉄工所が作るオリジナルプロダクト『G-GOODS (ジーグッズ)』。

『BALLPOINT PEN (TYPE A)』をデスクペンとしてお使いいただける、『PEN HOLDER(ペンホルダー)』です。

ステンレスの塊からNC旋盤で削り出した『PEN HOLDER(ペンホルダー)』。
3cm四方に収まるコンパクトな佇まいでありながら、金属の重さをしっかりと感じられるつくりで『BALLPOINT PEN (TYPE A)』を支えます。

ペンを差し込む穴はペンの口金にぴったりと精度高くフィットし、マグネットが無くとも自然な立ち位置に落ち着く設計となっています。

ペン立てとしても、ふとした時のペーパーウェイトとしてもお使いいただけます。

From Goto Iron Works, a company with a history of metalworking since its founding in 1951, comes the original product, "G-GOODS."

This is a "PEN HOLDER" designed to function as a desk pen stand for the "BALLPOINT PEN (TYPE A)."

The "PEN HOLDER" is precision-machined from a solid block of stainless steel using a CNC lathe. While its compact form, measuring approximately 3cm square, belies its substantial weight, it provides a solid base for the "BALLPOINT PEN (TYPE A)."

The slot for the pen is precisely fitted to the tip of the pen, designed to naturally settle into place even without a magnet.

It can be used not only as a pen stand but also as a handy paperweight.
