Yomoda

ヨモダとは、愛媛県の主に東予地方のちょっと古い言葉です。
「とぼけてる」「ふざけてる」・・・そんな意味ですが、
その裏には「まったくもう、しょうがないねぇ」といった親しみのニュアンスが込められています。
なんだかおっとりした温かみを感じる響きです。
私たちは、愛媛の小さな町の印刷会社です。
チラシの印刷から、パンフレット、貼り箱、ペーパークラフトまで、
日々ものづくりに励むスタッフたち。
そこから生まれる”ヨモダ”なアイデアを形にしてみたら？
今回はmatataki designの鹿野峻さんと一緒に、
ヨモダな商品開発を大まじめに考えました。
愛すべきユニークな商品が、生活にゆとりやぬくもりを生み出します。

Yomoda
Yomoda is a slightly old word, mainly from the Toyo region of Ehime Prefecture.
It means “playing around” or “joking around”…,
But behind the word, it has a friendly nuance, such as “You can’t help it, you can’t help it.
It has a calm and warm sound.
We are a printing company in a small town in Ehime.
We print everything from flyers to pamphlets, pasteboard boxes, and paper crafts,

Why don’t we try to give shape to the “Yomoda” ideas that come out of this process?
This time, we will be joined by Mr. Shun Kano of matataki design,

空を飛んで想いを届けるポッポの物語。
まるで伝書鳩のように、想いを綴ったメッセージをポッポが飛んで相手の元へ届けてくれます。
届いたらポッポは羽を休めゆらゆら揺れてメッセージを飾ることができます。
そんな一連の物語が感じられるペーパーアイテムです。
半透明手紙／半透明カード／透明手紙／ポップアップメモ、とシーン別で選べるポッポラインナップ。

POPPO YUBIN
The story of Poppo, who flies through the sky to deliver your thoughts and feelings.
Just like a carrier pigeon, Poppo flies to the recipient of your message and delivers it.
When the message arrives, the poppo rests its wings and shakes to display the message.
You can feel a series of stories in this paper item.
The Poppo lineup includes translucent letters, translucent cards, translucent letters, and pop-up memos, which can be selected according to the scene.
