本製品はダブルチャック機構を採用しております。ダブルチャック機構は、芯を前後2箇所で固定することで、筆記時の芯ブレを防ぎ、筆圧が強くても芯が折れにくく、先端で芯をホールドしているので、最後まで無駄なく芯を使うことが出来ます。加えて「クッション機能」を内蔵しており、安定した書き心地を提供するものです。

This product features a double chuck mechanism. The double chuck mechanism secures the lead at two points, front and back, preventing lead wobble during writing and making it less likely to break even with strong pressure. The tip holds the lead in place, allowing you to use it efficiently until the very end. Additionally, it incorporates a ‘cushion function’ to provide a stable writing experience.

フルタンニンレザーとピットなめしで作られた牛革と真鍮のクリップで、鉛筆キャップと消しゴムカバーを丁寧に作りました。
ピットなめしとは革の製造方法の一つで、植物の渋『タンニン』を使用し、時間をかけてゆっくりとなめされる製法です。短時間でなめす方法でなく、ゆっくり長い時間をかけて作られるピットなめしレザーは、堅牢で型崩れしにくく、更に使う程に色濃く、深い艶へ変化していきます。
この革で作られた製品は永く愛用する事で使う方に馴染み、更にその魅力を増していきます。時間とともに『わたしだけの愛用品』へとなる事でしょう。

Crafted with full-grain leather and pit-tanned cowhide, along with a brass clip, this pencil cap and eraser cover are meticulously made.
Pit tanning is a leather manufacturing method that uses plant-based tannins, allowing the leather to be tanned slowly over time. Unlike methods that tan leather quickly, pit-tanned leather is made slowly over a long period of time, resulting in a durable, shape-retaining material that deepens in colour and develops a rich luster over time.
Products made from this leather become more comfortable and charming the more they are used, eventually becoming a cherished personal item over time.
