革の立体成型製法によるファクトリーブランドです。
３Dデータを入力、CNC(自動フライス盤）によって精密な型を切削し、
雄型と雌型で革をプレスすることで立体的に成型する独自の製法を生かした
レザートレイ、財布や名刺入れ等を展開します。
富山県の工房において、デザインから製造、出荷までを一貫して手掛けています。

This is a factory brand that uses a three-dimensional leather moulding method.
Three-dimensional data is input, and a precise mould is cut using a CNC (computer numerical control) milling machine.
The unique method of moulding leather three-dimensionally by pressing it between a male and female mould is utilised
to produce leather trays, wallets, business card holders, and other items.
The design, manufacturing, and shipping of these items are all handled in-house at the workshop in Toyama Prefecture.

[大切なモノの休憩場所のようなトレー]
日常的に使うものを収納してしまうのではなく、手が届きやすく目に留まりやすい場所に置くための受け皿です。
[伝統的技法と現代の技術の融合]
ヌメ革は水で湿らせて、型にはめてプレスすることでより機能的により美しく自由にカタチを変えます。
この革絞りという技法自体は古くから伝わる伝統的なものですが、３Dデータを制作しCNC(自動フライス盤）によって型を切削することで複雑で精密な立体成型を可能にしています。

革は大切なモノに傷が付く代わりに、傷を負ってくれます。そしてそれは時間とともに味わいに変わります。また、植物性タンニンでなめされたものは昔ながらの手法で手間と時間がかかりますが自然のものからできているのですべて土に還ります。

Nume leather is moistened with water, moulded, and pressed to create a more functional, beautiful, and freely shaped product.
While the leather moulding technique itself is a traditional method passed down through the ages, the use of 3D data and CNC (computer numerical control) machining to cut the mould enables complex and precise three-dimensional shaping.

Leather takes the brunt of any damage that might otherwise affect your cherished items, and over time, this damage transforms into a unique patina. Additionally, leather tanned with plant-based tannins is crafted using traditional methods that require time and effort, but since it is made from natural materials, it eventually returns to the earth.

colm Hexa Leather Tray

[多面体が美しくインテリア性が高いレザートレイ]
構成される角度の違う面が光の当たり方によって様々なレザーの表情を浮かべます。
[2つの素材と色の組合せを楽しめます]
スムースレザーが表のものには裏にスエードレザーを、スエードレザーが表のものには裏にスムースレザーを配置しました。メインになる表面と側面からチラリとのぞく裏面の色の組合せを楽しめます。
[伝統的技法と現代の技術を融合させた独自製法]
牛ヌメ革（滑らかな革）とピッグスエード（起毛した革）を貼り合わせて水で濡らし、雄型と雌型で上下からプレスすることで成型しています。従来の革しぼりは木製の型を使用しているため単純な形状になりますが、3D切削加工した樹脂型で上下からはさみ込むことで複雑な形状が製作可能です。その技術を生かして独自のレザートレイを開発しました。

The different angles of the surfaces create various expressions of the leather depending on how the light hits it.
[Enjoy the combination of two materials and colours]
Smooth leather is used on the front with suede leather on the back, and suede leather is used on the front with smooth leather on the back. Enjoy the combination of colours between the main surface and the back, which peeks through the sides.
[A unique manufacturing method that combines traditional techniques with modern technology]
We laminate cowhide leather (smooth leather) and pig suede (napped leather), wet them with water, and press them between male and female moulds to shape them. Traditional leather moulding uses wooden moulds, resulting in simple shapes, but by using 3D-machined resin moulds to sandwich the leather from above and below, we can create complex shapes. We have developed a unique leather tray using this technology.

[マグネットによって開閉がスムーズ]
革しぼりで成型された革の凸部分に、マグネットを内蔵しました。
その作用によってスムーズな開閉を実現、名刺交換がスマートに行えます。

牛ヌメ革を水で濡らし、雄型と雌型で上下からプレスすることで成型しています。従来の革しぼりは木製の型を使用しているため単純な形状になりますが、3D切削加工した樹脂型で上下からはさみ込むことで複雑な形状が製作可能です。その技術を生かして独自の名刺ケースを開発しました。
[カラフルなインナーで遊び心をプラス]
外側のレザーは落ち着きのある定番のブラック、ブラウン、キャメルにブルーをプラスした4色、内側にはカラフルなピッグスエードを採用しました。
[エイジングが期待できる牛ヌメ革を採用]
兵庫県たつの市のタンナーの手により植物タンニンでなめしなるべく少ない表面加工に抑えることで革本来の表情、経年変化が楽しめます。
[日本の職人による確かな縫製]
形状がシンプルなスクエア型だからこそごまかしがききません。熟練された職人の手による丁寧な縫製で仕上げられています。

[Smooth opening and closing with magnets]
Magnets are embedded in the convex parts of the leather moulded by leather moulding.
This allows for smooth opening and closing, enabling smart business card exchanges.
[Fusion of traditional techniques and modern technology]
We wet cowhide leather with water and press it between male and female moulds to shape it. Traditional leather moulding uses wooden moulds, resulting in simple shapes, but by sandwiching the leather between upper and lower moulds using 3D machined resin moulds, we can create complex shapes. We have developed a unique business card case using this technology.
[Add a touch of playfulness with a colourful inner lining]
The outer leather comes in four colours: classic black, brown, camel, and blue, while the inner lining features colourful pig suede.
[Aging-friendly cowhide leather]
The leather is tanned with plant tannins by a tannery in Tatsu City, Hyogo Prefecture, with minimal surface processing to preserve the natural texture and aging characteristics of the leather.
[Reliable stitching by Japanese craftsmen]
The simple square shape leaves no room for compromise. The case is finished with meticulous stitching by skilled craftsmen.
